A ship solves the two classic problems of company events: everybody arrives on time, and nobody leaves after the main course. The venue moves by itself, the city provides the backdrop, and the evening has a clear start and end – which makes planning for organisers far easier.
We work with companies, associations and conference organisers. Many of our international clients book us as the evening programme of a Berlin meeting: a reception on deck, dinner in the heated saloon, then music and dancing until the ship returns to the Uber Arena.
Christmas parties
From November the ships sail as Christmas venues: a mulled-wine welcome on deck, buffet or menu inside, and the illuminated riverside of Berlin outside. Thursdays and Fridays in December book up early – enquire in September or October to keep your choice of dates.

We check both ships and send you a binding quote with charter price and suggestions for drinks and catering.

Plan the details
Once you confirm, we settle menu or buffet, drinks, music and route – usually two to four weeks before the date.

Cast off
Your guests come on board and the crew takes over. You look after your guests – we look after everything else.

Frequently asked questions
Do we get an invoice with VAT?
Yes. You receive a written quote first and then a proper invoice to your company, with 19 % VAT shown separately.
Is a presentation or speech possible?
Yes. The sound system includes a microphone for speeches; projection or other equipment can be arranged in your quote.
Can we brand the ship?
Roll-ups, banners and decoration are possible by arrangement (flame-retardant, set up within the charter time).
Does a Christmas party go ahead in winter?
Yes. The interiors are heated and covered. In case of a storm warning the captain decides and we offer you a new date.
What about cancellation?
Our terms and conditions (German) apply; the deadlines are also in your quote.
