A boat party works because everyone arrives on time and nobody can wander off to the next bar. The ship casts off, the music starts, and for the next few hours the whole group is together – inside on the dance floor, outside on deck with the city lights going by.
MS Lexator is built for this: three decks, a dance floor with sound and lighting, a long bar and room for up to 275 guests. MS Lex is the smaller, more personal option for 40 to 120 – a historic ship with a heated saloon and an open deck, perfect for a birthday, a stag or hen party, or a team night out.
Music and sound
Our club sound system has two CDJ players and a mixer; it costs €200 and includes a microphone for speeches. Bring your own DJ or live act, or book one of ours for €65 per hour. The system is set to the permitted level for the river – your DJ plays, the crew keeps an eye on safety.
Drinks and food
Drinks are served by our crew at the bar – as a package or charged by consumption, as set out in your quote. Food ranges from finger food to a full buffet from our catering menu. Please note: own drinks cannot be brought on board MS Lex and MS Lexator.

Yes, by arrangement. Our club sound system with 2 CDJ players and mixer costs €200; one of our DJs €65 per hour.
Is there a bar on board?
Yes – drinks are served by our crew. Packages or pay-by-consumption are set out in your quote.
What is the minimum group size?
For a private party 40 guests on MS Lex, 121 on MS Lexator. Smaller groups of 5 to 16 can charter the Lexara with skipper.
How long does a boat party last?
At least three hours; most parties book four or five. Each additional hour started costs €150 (MS Lex) or €250 (MS Lexator), net.
